Back before 1999, Artic Technologies provided electronic telecommunication
services to its users via it's own telephone "BBS" bulletin board system.
Since then, the telephone BBS was phased out and replaced with an internet
web site:

Do to an Artic Technologies managerial decision,
many of the utility files, reference notes, products configuration files
and products demos, were not brought over from the Artic BBS
to the Artic Tech web site. Dave Barber began offering many of these files
from the Artictelephone BBS via his personal web site which was named:
Artic Annex.
For some time, Travis Siegel who runs his own web service called:

has been hosting the Artic Annex on his server
and also been providing an "Artic-L" e-mail list. We are extremely grateful
for the services that Travis has provided to this Artic Annex web site.
