Configuration for ACTNET

Requirements:
ACTNET version 2.x
Artic Business Vision 3.xx.

Special notes:

ACTNET has 2 color sets.  This configuration is designed to
work with ACTNET's color set #2.  To invoke this, type:
EOC2
when the main contact screen appears.  This
will also work for a computer with a monochrome display system
although you will need to reselect color set 2 each time you run ACTNET.

The system cursor uses the numpad cursor keys (numlock off)
The Artic cursor uses the dedicated cursor keys
This works very well in almost all areas of the program except
for the notes menu.  Here the usual editing/cursoring operations
work, giving appropriate voicing for word or character movement,
back spacing, deleting, etc., but moving up or down only voices
the character unit and not the line unit.  You can still use
the ARTIC cursor to read by line, but this can get cumbersome for
long notes because you will need to go back to the system
cursor to scroll the page.  An alternative is to load ACTEDIT.cfg
when in the notes section and re-load ACTNET.cfg afterward.
