**ENCORE**

    Welcome to Artic Technologies' INTRODUCTION TO ENCORE.
ENCORE is a new personal data keeper software program designed
to work for everyone.

    This Trial Version of ENCORE is laid out to give you a good visual and mental picture of ENCORE's different menu screens. It will also let you access each of ENCORE's ten modules in a limited fashion with or without speech.

    Some of the most noticeable exclusions of ENCORE's functionality on the Trial Version disk are as follows:

   
• 1. You can only run ENCORE in a conventional memory mode,
      and it cannot be memory resident.

     

• 2. The Speech Options module is disabled.

     

• 3. You are limited to a few entries per module.
      If you try to add additional entries, you will
      be immediately returned to the menu for that
      module.

     

• 4. You cannot save files edited using the
      Small Text Editor.

     

• 5. You are limited to the default filenames of the
      various modules. You cannot enter your own
      filenames, with the exception of the Small Text
      Editor and Video Screen Save.

    Remember, these limitations are pertinent only to the Trial Version, not to the regular program.

    Although optimized for Artic Vision and Artic Business Vision, ENCORE should work with other screen access packages as well. There is also a full-fledged generic version of ENCORE available for use with other screen access packages.

    This is a trial version, and meant to be self-explanatory. The complete manual is on the trial disk. Technical Support is available only for registered purchasers of the full version.

    You are free to make copies of the trial version of ENCORE and give them to your friends, as long as you do not charge for the service.
