WINVISION2 EARNS ARTIC TECHNOLOGIES THE CONSUMER INNOVATION AWARD FOR 1995.

On July 16, 1995 the Small Business Association of Michigan, in conjunction 
with the Detroit News and Michigan State University, announced that Artic 
Technologies International, Inc. was the recipient of the CONSUMER 
INNOVATION AWARD FOR 1995 for their WINVISION2 PROGRAM WHICH PROVIDES BLIND 
COMPUTER USERS ACCESS TO MICROSOFT WINDOWS.

At their Annual Convention and banquet, the Small Business Association 
presented Tim Gargagliano, President of Artic Technologies, with the 
Consumer Innovation Award for WinVision2.  In his acceptance speech, Mr. 
Gargagliano thanked the Association and its affiliates for their 
recognition of the importance of adaptive technology in the 90's.  Mr. 
Gargagliano also thanked Artic Technologies' staff for their diligence and
dedication in making this product happen.

Since the introduction of the first version in 1993, WinVision has proven 
itself a reliable workhorse for fast and stable speech access to Windows 3.  

The latest version - WinVision2 - introduced major advances in bridging the 
gap between blind computer users and the graphics based Windows Operating 
System.  In response, the blind and visually impaired community has
